McDonald's Traditional Ben Nevis Pure Malt (70cl, 46%)

McDonald's Traditional Ben Nevis Pure Malt is a malt whisky from the Ben Nevis distillery in the Western Highlands, at the foot of Britain's highest mountain. It is bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. The whisky was aged in ex-bourbon American oak casks and European oak sherry casks, and is non-chill filtered. The nose is malty and honeyed, with vanilla pods, toasted oak, orchard fruit and a trace of heather. The palate is full-bodied and creamy, with malt biscuits, toffee apple, warm spices and dried fruit. The finish is medium to long, with warmth, peppery spice and a balance of sweet malt and oak dryness.
