Mellow Corn is an American corn whiskey from Kentucky, in a 70cl bottle at 50% ABV.
Corn whiskey is a category of its own, made from distillate of 80% maize or more. Unlike bourbon, rye and Tennessee whiskey, it does not have to be aged in new, charred oak barrels, and it need not touch wood at all.
