This is a Glen Spey single malt from Speyside, distilled in 2010 and matured in a bourbon barrel. It is bottled by Mercury's Selection in a 70cl bottle and carries a Chinese name meaning Auspicious Elephant.
Vanilla pods and a hint of honey show on the nose. The palate brings creamy caramel, toasted oak and ripe orchard fruits, and the finish is warm, sweet and lingering.
