Metodo Classico Brut Nature Calchèra La Tordera

A sparkling wine from Veneto made by the traditional method. No dosage is added at disgorgement, so it is very dry. The wine ferments first in steel, then in bottle, resting on the lees for at least 30 months. It has a fine, persistent perlage and aromas of fresh bread, citrus and flowers. The palate is dry, with acidity and minerality in balance, ending clean and incisive. It works as an aperitif and with raw fish and shellfish.
