Spumante Brut Grej by La Tordera comes from the province of Treviso. It is made mainly from Glera grapes and has fine, persistent bubbles from Charmat method refermentation in autoclave. The aroma recalls green apple, white flowers and a light citrus note. On the palate it is balanced with pleasant acidity. It is ideal as an aperitif and pairs with light starters, seafood and fish dishes.
