Metodo Classico Millesimato Natusia - Cascina Pastori Colombo (1.5L)

A millesimato sparkling wine from Cascina Pastori Colombo, offered in magnum. Made by the Metodo Classico, with a second fermentation in bottle and a long period of maturation on the lees. It is bright straw yellow, with persistent effervescence. Aromas of citrus, green apple, fresh yeast and toasted bread are followed by a defined minerality. The structure is robust but elegant, with lively acidity and rich aromatic complexity. Serve well chilled, as an aperitif or with delicate dishes such as seafood, risotto and white meats.
