Metté Eau de Vie de Coriandre (50cl)

This is an eau de vie of coriander from Distillerie Metté in Ribeauvillé, Alsace, sold in a 50cl bottle. It is made from carefully chosen coriander seeds, distilled in copper stills using the house's traditional methods. After distillation it rests in a stainless steel tank, which keeps the aromatic character fresh and pure. The nose is intense with fresh coriander. The palate opens lively and elegant, with a clean freshness, and the finish is long and precise, with lasting aroma. It is suited to sipping neat, served at 12 to 15°C in a tulip glass.
