Metté Liqueur Orange (50cl)

This is an orange liqueur from Distillerie Metté in Ribeauvillé, Alsace, in a 50cl bottle. Oranges chosen for their rich zest and aromatic intensity are macerated to draw out their citrus character, then blended with carefully measured sugar to balance freshness, sweetness and aromatic power. The nose offers fresh orange, zest, a touch of candied fruit and a subtle floral note. The palate is round and lively, with ripe orange and freshness. The finish is long and gently bitter, with orange peel.
