A peach liqueur from Distillerie Metté in Ribeauvillé, Alsace, run by Nathalie and Philippe Traber. The peaches are macerated to draw out their aroma, then blended with a carefully measured amount of sugar so the fruit stays in front.
The nose is ripe peach with yellow fruit, white flowers and a light touch of honey. The palate is round and silky, then turns fresh, with juicy peach balancing sweetness and liveliness. The finish is long, fruity and softly velvety, lingering on ripe peach.
It is bottled in 50cl.
