Mezcal de Leyendas Maguey Coyote (75cl, 47%)

A mezcal made from Maguey Coyote, a subspecies of Agave americana found only in a narrow pocket of Oaxaca. It is crafted by Ángel Cruz Robles, a fifth-generation mezcalero working in Sola de Vega. Production follows a traditional path: the agave is roasted in a stone pit, crushed with a tahona, fermented in oak wood vats and distilled in clay pots.
