This is the 2026 Edition of Michel Couvreur's Hexanobile, a French blended malt in a 70cl bottle at 46% ABV. It brings together three French single malts, aged in ten barrels that cover Fino, Amontillado, Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez sherry.
The spirit comes from 2013 and 2017 vintages, which gives a balance of older and younger character. The colour is an intense amber.
The nose is spicy, with dried flowers and sherry. On the palate it is smooth and spicy with a round, silky texture, and the bright finish brings coffee beans and roasted notes.
