Michel Couvreur Special Vatting is a peaty malt whisky in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 45% ABV. It is a vatting of three single cask whiskies distilled in Scotland, each aged for over 12 years in oak.
The mellow, sherried whiskies are joined by a younger peaty whisky, which gives the vatting its smoky edge.
The nose brings sherry, leather, tobacco and fruity wood. The palate is silky, powerful and long.
