Michel Couvreur Upper Cap Edition 2026 Blended Whisky (70cl, 47%)

Upper Cap Edition 2026 is a blended whisky from Michel Couvreur, part of the house's Les Raretés collection. It is an enhanced version of Cap a Pie, made mainly from grain whisky distilled in 2007 and aged in very old Pedro Ximénez casks, with old, lightly peated malts distilled in 2010 added to it. It was bottled in February 2026 at 47% ABV after minimal reduction, in a 70cl bottle. The peat and the long ageing bring tertiary aromas, and the blend keeps its concentration, richness and persistence.
