Michter's Single Barrel Straight Rye is an American rye whiskey in a 70cl bottle. It is gold in the glass.
The nose is peppery, with rye bread, then wax, dried apple, cinnamon and vanilla, and later peppermint and chamomile tea. The palate is a strongly peppery rye with rye crispbread, dried apple and peppermint tea, and the drying finish carries vanilla and toffee apple.
