Michter's US 1 Small Batch Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey (70cl, 45.7%)

Michter's US 1 Small Batch is a Kentucky straight bourbon, bottled at 45.7% in a 70cl bottle. Michter's dates back to 1753, when it began by making rye whiskey, and is described as America's first distilling company. Its approach to every barrel includes air-drying the barrels for 36 months, toasting them before charring, a low barrel-entry strength, and heat cycling to encourage ageing through the cold winters. Each whiskey also has its own specific filtration types.
