Mijenta Symphony Series No. 3 is an añejo tequila from the highlands of Jalisco, made from 100% Blue Weber agave and led by Maestra Tequilera Ana María Romero. It is additive-free and aged approximately 18 months in multi-oak symphony barrels made from multiple oak sources, including American and French oak. The nose has vanilla, caramel, toasted oak, citrus peel, baked agave and subtle floral tones. The palate is rich and evolving, with caramel, toffee and spice leading into orange peel, cocoa and soft tannin. The finish is medium to long, with lingering sweetness, gentle bitterness and cooked agave beneath the oak.
