Milam & Greene Very Small Batch is a Kentucky straight bourbon blended by master blender Heather Greene and her team, bottled at 54% ABV. The mash bill includes malted rye, and the bourbon is finished in sundried, house-charred French oak.
Greene chose the strength to avoid the heavy wood compounds that can overshadow a bourbon, leaving room for esters and their fruity, floral and herbal character. The mouthfeel is full-textured.
The flavours are described as marshmallow, dark fruits and baking spices.
