This Miltonduff is a single cask Speyside malt from the 2009 vintage, bottled by Duncan Taylor in 2023 as part of its Cask Collection. It matured for 13 years in a sherry oak cask, and 288 bottles were drawn from it at 53.9%, without chill-filtration or added colour.
The nose brings dark dried fruit, spice and sherry vapours, with subtle oak and vanilla. The palate is rich and full, with ripe cherries, chocolate and a fine, well-integrated spice. The finish is long and warm, with a touch of sweetness and gentle wood tannin.
