Green Spot is a single pot still Irish whiskey without an age statement, made from pot still whiskeys aged between 7 and 10 years, in a 75cl bottle. It matured in a combination of new bourbon casks, refill bourbon casks and sherry casks.
The nose has fresh aromatic oils and spices, orchard fruits and barley over toasted wood. The palate is full and spicy, with a hint of cloves, the fruity sweetness of green apples and toasted oak, followed by lingering spice and barley.
