Moët & Chandon Impérial Brut is the house's flagship champagne, made by a house that dates its history to 1743. It is a blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay, in the dry Brut style, and comes in a 75cl bottle at 12% ABV.
On the nose there is green apple, pear, citrus zest and subtle floral notes. The palate is bright and lively, with white fruit, toasted brioche and a fine mousse. The finish is clean, refreshing and dry, with fruit and toast lingering.
It is suggested chilled to 6–8°C in a flute or tulip glass, with shellfish, sushi, light canapés or soft cheeses.
