Monmarthe Douceur de Bulles is a demi-sec Premier Cru champagne in a 75cl bottle, bottled at 12%. It is made from Pinot Noir and Meunier, 40% each, with 20% Chardonnay.
The sugar level is 35 g/L, which gives the demi-sec sweetness. It suits oily fish such as salmon and tuna, shellfish and pork, as well as mild, soft cheeses.
