Monoceros II is a single malt Scotch distilled in 2012 and bottled in 2022 by Scotch Universe.
The nose combines cane sugar with dark fruit: red berry compote, cherries and stewed plums, plus a hint of pipe tobacco. The palate is rich, full-bodied and velvety, with cane sugar and flashes of black pepper. The fruit builds, bringing back the red berry compote before stewed plums take over. The finish is medium in length and very fruity.
