Montevetrano Colli di Salerno Rosso IGT is a red wine with an intense, clear colour. Ripe red fruit, Mediterranean herbs and sweet spices lead the aroma, supported by freshness. The palate has polished tannins and balanced softness, with persistence without excess. It suits Mediterranean dishes, red meats that are not too fatty, aged cheeses, mushroom dishes and concentrated sauces. Serve slightly cooler than room temperature.
