Morris – Rutherglen Signature Single Malt Australian Whisky (70cl, 40%)

Morris Signature is an Australian single malt from Rutherglen, bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. Its flavour comes in part from fortified barrels, which the maker credits with a rich depth of character and intense dried fruit. The colour is medium gold. The nose is subtle, with grain aromas alongside caramel and marzipan. The palate is well rounded with a delicate mouthfeel, and the finish is long and refreshing.
