Mossburn Inchgower 10 Year Old Vintage Casks No. 2

This is an independent bottling of Inchgower single malt from Mossburn Distillers, aged 10 years and part of their Vintage Casks series, which bottles casks from distilleries that rarely appear as single malts. Inchgower was established in 1871 in Buckie, on the Moray Firth coast, and is a Speyside distillery owned by Diageo. Most of its production goes into the Bell's blends, so bottlings like this one are a way to taste it on its own. The distillery makes an unpeated malt with a clean, slightly maritime character.
