Mr Peat Heavily Peated Single Malt Scotch

Mr Peat is a heavily peated single malt Scotch whisky of pale gold colour. The nose opens with intense peat smoke, together with vegetal, saline and woody notes that recall a bonfire dying slowly on a beach. On the palate it moves to cured Parma ham, fresh carpaccio with lemon and the smoke of a barbecue. The finish is rich and mellow, marked by sweet toasted barley and an ashy aftertaste.
