Mr. Peat is a peated single malt Scotch whisky in a 70cl bottle, put together by an independent bottler. It is made from heavily peated malted barley and matured in oak casks.
It is bottled at 46% ABV, without chill filtration or artificial colouring.
The nose is robust peat smoke with earth, sea breeze and charred wood. On the palate the smoke is intense, layered with roasted nuts, salted caramel and a touch of citrus zest. The finish is long and warming, with smoke and lingering maritime notes.
