A white wine made from the Müller-Thurgau grape, produced by Tenuta Sant'Anna in the Trevenezie IGT.
The grape is a cross of Silvaner and Riesling, suited to cold temperatures and giving a very aromatic, pleasant and easy-drinking wine. Vinification involves soft pressing and slow fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature of 15-16°C, with ageing on the lees. The wine shows a straw yellow colour with greenish hues, an intense and fruity nose with notes of aromatic herbs and light vegetal aromas, and a very pleasant, fresh palate with fine aromatic persistence.
It is well suited as an aperitif and pairs with fish, shellfish, fresh cheeses and white meats.
