A Chardonnay from the lagoon area of Venice, noted for elegance and freshness. The mild climate and lagoon influence give the grapes full ripeness, balancing intense varietal notes with vibrant acidity. After controlled fermentation the wine rests in steel to preserve fruity and floral aromas, with delicate hints of green apple, white peach and a light touch of butter, harmoniously balanced by subtle minerality. On the palate it is soft and enveloping, with a long, clean finish. It suits fish, shellfish and delicate white meats.
