Cask Craft Mannochmore Islay Finish is a Speyside single malt from Mannochmore, bottled by the independent bottler Murray McDavid in its Cask Craft series, in a 70cl bottle.
Its final period of maturation was spent in casks that previously held Islay whisky. That finish adds notes of smoky peat and sea salt to the Speyside spirit.
