Nashville Barrel Company Cask Strength Bourbon (58.5%)

This is a cask strength bourbon from Nashville Barrel Company, which specialises in single barrel bottlings. Here it combines several single barrels into one small batch, using bourbons aged 5 and 6 years. The blend reflects the company's view that well-matched single barrels can make an excellent small batch whiskey. It is bottled at cask strength, 116.94 proof. The mash bill is 75% corn, 21% rye and 4% malted barley.
