Nc'Nean Quiet Rebels Amy is a Highlands single malt in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 48.5% ABV. This particular bottle carries a signature, and the whisky was matured in bourbon barrels. The distillery was founded by Annabel Thomas and has been distilling on the coast of the Morvern peninsula since 2017. Its whisky is made from organically grown Scottish barley, and the site runs entirely on renewable energy. The bottle is made from fully recycled clear glass, a first for Britain according to the distillery.
