Nc'Nean Quiet Rebels Amy is a Highlands single malt from the Quiet Rebels series, in a 70cl bottle at 48.5% ABV. It was matured in bourbon barrels. Nc'Nean is the project of Annabel Thomas, with distilling on the Morvern peninsula coast since 2017. The spirit is made from organically grown Scottish barley, and the distillery is powered entirely by renewable energy. It is one of the few distilleries in the world run by a woman, and its bottles are made from fully recycled clear glass.
