A young Nebbiolo from Langhe, presented in a clear ruby red with garnet flashes. The nose brings cherry, raspberry and rose petals, with a subtle mineral note and a hint of spice. On the palate it is slender, supported by lively acidity and well-defined but not aggressive tannins, with a savoury texture and pleasant persistence. It suits everyday tables, with ragù pasta, white meats and semi-aged cheeses, and can handle medium-structured braised dishes. Serve cool, around 16-18°C, with brief aeration.
