A 2019 Nebbiolo from the Gattinara area of Piedmont, produced by Torraccia from Nebbiolo grapes grown on granitic soils. Aged in wooden casks, it shows intense aromas of faded rose, cherry and delicate spices, with well-polished tannins and lively acidity. Typical territorial minerality appears as saline notes that balance the palate. It suits red meats, roasts and aged cheeses.
