New Scotland Spirits – Helderberg Bourbon

Helderberg Bourbon is a bourbon from New Scotland Spirits, named after the mountains at the foot of the town of New Scotland in Albany County, Upstate New York. The Helderberg whiskeys grew out of a lifelong friendship between two people from the town, who wanted to capture something of their rural home. The grain is grown, malted and distilled entirely in New York State, using recipes that echo Old World traditions.
