New Scotland Spirits – Helderberg Wheat Whiskey

Helderberg Wheat Whiskey comes from New Scotland Spirits, based in the town of New Scotland in Albany County, at the foot of the Helderberg Mountains in Upstate New York. The Helderberg whiskeys grew out of a lifelong friendship between two locals who wanted to capture the character of their rural hometown. The recipes recall Old World traditions, and the grain is grown, malted and distilled entirely within New York State.
