Nikka All Malt is a blended malt from Japan, bottled at 40% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It combines single malts from Yoichi and Miyagikyo with a whisky made from 100% malted barley and distilled in a column still.
The colour is old gold with golden hues. The nose is lively and mineral, with leather, smoked meat, tobacco and ash, then fresh herbs and ripe apple. The palate is creamy and sweet, with ripe white grapes and an increasingly oily texture. The finish is smooth and liquorice-infused, with clove, coconut milk and honeysuckle.
