Yoichi 2000s is a single malt from The Nikka Whisky Distillery, bottled at cask strength, 57%, in a 50cl bottle. The malt whiskies in it were distilled in 2000, and it was bottled in 2009.
The distillery both distilled and bottled it. It keeps the boldness of traditional Yoichi malt but has a soft palate, and it works as a simple introduction to the quality of Yoichi malt whisky.
