Nikka Yoichi is a single malt Japanese whisky from Nikka's distillery on the northern island of Hokkaido. It is bottled at 45% ABV in a 75cl bottle and is made from peated malt, with spring water drawn from the nearby mountains.
The nose combines fruit and oak with a light smokiness. On the palate, sweet and smoky flavours sit side by side. It can be enjoyed neat or with a splash of water.
