Nikka Yoichi is a single malt whisky made from malted barley at Nikka's Yoichi distillery in Hokkaido, Japan. It follows Scottish traditions, in keeping with the ideas of the founder, Taketsuru. It is bottled at 45% in a 70cl bottle.
It is typically described as soft, full, intense and creamy, with notes of peat, salt, melon, kiwi, almonds, walnuts and chocolate.
