Noah's Mill Genuine Bourbon is a small batch bourbon made from whiskeys between 4 and 20 years old, bottled at 57.15% ABV in a 75cl bottle.
The nose brings oak, orange peel, walnut, burnt sugar and tobacco. On the palate there are toffee, cinnamon, roasted pecans, light spice and vanilla, with a touch of acidity.
The finish is long and pleasant, with dark caramel, roasted nuts and an underlying note of autumn spice. Adding water brings out the sweeter elements and a little more oak.
