Double Oak Rye from Noble Oak is first rested for a minimum of one year in new charred American oak barrels. It is then finished with port wine cask staves, which add a further layer of flavour.
It is described as bold in flavour, with notes of fig, toffee and spice. Every bottle also plants a tree, in partnership with One Tree Planted.
