Noble Oak Double Oak is an American rye whiskey bottled at 48% ABV in a 750ml bottle. It is finished with port wine staves chosen by the Master of Wood at Edrington.
The whiskey is a deep mahogany colour. The nose offers toffee, allspice, wood and rich grain.
On the palate, sweet brown sugar and maple syrup give way to a sharper note of green pepper and grass. It closes with a dry, grainy rye spice.
