Nolet's Silver is a modern, floral-forward dry gin crafted in Schiedam, Netherlands, by the Nolet family, whose distilling heritage dates back to 1691. It is distilled from wheat spirit with classic botanicals such as juniper, citrus, orris and liquorice, alongside Turkish rose, white peach and raspberry. Each botanical is individually macerated and distilled in small copper pot stills before blending. The gin is bottled at 47.6% ABV. It offers a smooth, rich palate with stone fruit, raspberry, cardamom, pepper, coriander and gentle citrus, finishing dry and elegant with late juniper and lingering cardamom spice.
Tasting Notes
Floral sweetness with Turkish rose, peach blossom, lavender, melissa and apple mint, plus only a gentle hint of juniper.
Smooth and rich with vivid stone fruit, sun-ripened raspberry, cardamom, pepper, coriander and gentle citrus; surprisingly creamy.
Dry and elegant, with juniper arriving late and cardamom spice lingering in a clean, crisp finale.
