Nulu – Toasted Rye Privately Selected by Prohibition Craft Spirits (59%)

This is Nulu Toasted Rye, a five year old rye whiskey selected by Prohibition Craft Spirits and bottled at 118 proof (59%). It is not chill filtered. The rye is finished in toasted oak. The medium wood sugars taken from the toasted barrel are meant to mellow a spirit that can be aggressive, balancing the rye with sweetness and adding layers of contrasting complexity.
