O Connel Fino Sherry Cask is an Irish single malt distilled in 2018 at Great Northern Distillery. It is bottled at 50% in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky was first matured in first-fill ex-Bourbon casks, then moved in April 2022 into Fino sherry casks for further ageing. It is part of a series exploring different styles of sherry wine in single malt and pot still whiskeys.
