Oak & Eden – 4 Grain & Spire

4 Grain & Spire is a bourbon from Oak & Eden, made from a mash of four grains: corn, rye, barley and wheat. Most bourbons use the first three, and the added wheat is what sets this one apart. Before bottling, the whiskey is finished with a torched American oak spire. The four grains bring notes of orange peel, vanilla, cloves and caramel, while the spire adds orange spice, butterscotch and vanilla.
