Oak & Eden Rye & Rumba is a rye whiskey built on a 95% straight rye base, aged for two years in new charred American oak barrels. It is bottled at 45% ABV in a 750ml bottle.
To finish it, a spire of wood soaked in Caribbean rum is added to the bottle. This adds sweetness, character and complexity to a whiskey that is spicy yet surprisingly mellow. It can be drunk neat or used in a cocktail.
