Oak & Eden Rye & Spire is a rye whiskey made from a rye-led mash bill and aged in charred new American oak barrels.
Before bottling, a charred oak spire is added to each vessel. It is there to bring extra spice, along with caramel, smoke and coffee notes.
The whiskey is described as spicy and fruity, drier in style and full-bodied.
